Heritage-Patrimoine Cornwall launches a plaque program for non-designated heritage properties Heritage-Patrimoine Cornwall (HPC) has initiated a Historic Plaque Program to recognize buildings that have historic and heritage significance in our community. Owners of these properties can apply to HPC to have a plaque fixed on their building.
